CyberLink Power2Go

Optical discs are excellent for backing up important files. You can store a large amount of data and your files won't get infected, corrupted or altered in any other way. With CyberLink Power2Go, you can burn any data on CDs, DVDs or Blu-ray discs. Furthermore, the software gives you the possibility of creating video discs, with title menus, image gallery discs, recovery discs and much more.

Downloading and installing CyberLink Power2Go should not take more than a few minutes. When you run the lightweight setup package, the software's files will be downloaded automatically, after which a setup wizard will guide you through a straightforward installation procedure. The software does not ask for too many resources and it can be used on Windows XP or any later edition.

You can choose one of many operations on the program's home screen, where they are categorized by file types. CyberLink Power2Go allows you to burn any kind of data or specific files, like videos, images or music. Each category includes several options, for burning data on a CD, DVD or Blu-ray disc. Besides standard audio CDs, you can also burn WMA and MP3 discs.

Most procedures are prepared and executed on the same interface, on which you can explore your local files and folders, on the upper half. Data can be added to the burning queue by dragging and dropping files or folders to the lower half of the interface. When you are done, you can hit the Burn option, located in the lower right corner of the window and make a series of final adjustments.

The software will display a different interface if you decide to create a video disc. Besides adding video files, you can also select a menu template and re-configure its structure or edit its titles and options in a preview area.

It is also possible to create system restore discs. You just need to specify the location of your installed AIK and a destination drive on a small window and click a button to start the process. CyberLink Power2Go is not limited to burning data on optical discs. It provides numerous utilities for copying discs or saving them as image files. Additionally, you can rip audio CDs, erase re-writable discs, convert audio files and more.
